Using e smartchoice's services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

e smartchoice provides website development, custom software development, AI systems implementation and mobile app creation services. The details of each service are defined in the relevant collaboration agreement.

3. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide, in a timely and accurate manner, all the necessary information and materials required to carry out the work. Delays on the client's part may affect the agreed timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the rights to the delivered work are fully transferred to the client. e smartchoice retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

5. Payments

Payments are made according to the terms set out in the offer or agreement. In case of payment delay, e smartchoice reserves the right to suspend services.

6. Limitation of Liability

e smartchoice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Modifications

e smartchoice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
