1. What cookies are
Cookies and “local storage” (localStorage / sessionStorage) are small files or entries stored on your device when you visit a website. They make the website work properly and, only with your consent, provide statistics.
2. Legal basis
Items strictly necessary for the website to work are stored without consent (Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). Everything else (statistics) is enabled only if you click “Accept” (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click “Reject” or make no choice, no analytics tool is loaded.

We do not use advertising, remarketing or social-media cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own servers, so your IP is not sent to third parties for them.
4. Google Analytics and data transfers
If you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymised usage data (GA4 does not store IP addresses). Advertising use is disabled (Google Consent Mode: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization = denied). Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it, from (also at the bottom of every page). If you withdraw, we immediately delete the Google Analytics cookies from your device. Your choice is valid for 12 months, after which we ask again. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
